In the role
of Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
managing the Director’s travel arrangements and appointment diary, including
arranging appointments and ensuring that all required documentation is provided
to the Director.
coordinating and negotiating with relevant agency staff, Ministerial staff and
other relevant public sector personnel on confidential matters related to the
of agenda papers and undertaking and monitoring appropriate follow up action
research, data collection and reporting
You will also have the ability
to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a wide range of
internal and external stakeholders.
