We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer and a Support Worker to provide exceptional support on a full-time term basis.
For the Business Support Officer role, you will be:
- Maintaining staff records, preparing reports, minutes and employment contract letters.
- Providing advice on a range of personnel procedures and related issues.
- Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates, cash flow and monthly expenditure reports.
For the Support Worker role, you will be:
- Handling requests from emotionally distressed clients over the phone and solving issues with appropriate responses.
- Researching and collecting information about parenting programs and activities.
- Participating in regular case discussions with internal stakeholders.
