Residential Care Directorate is currently seeking Senior Business
Support Officers on a full
time term basis to join their employment pool.
The role is responsible for:
- Providing high level administrative services, leadership
and training relating to payroll, finance, budget requirements, human
resources, facilities and records management on behalf of the Directorate.
- Maintaining records and
information systems in relation to Workforce, Finance and other administrative
processes and procedures and contributing to continuous
business improvement outcomes across the business unit.
- Providing a high level of financial support service to
the Business Manager including invoicing, assisting approval of invoicing and
monthly management reporting requirements.
looking for an organised individual with administrative experience relating to general
administration, human resources and financial support who is able to manage a
high and varied workload, work under pressure, organise priorities, meet
deadlines and take initiative.
ability to work within a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in
writing, whilst maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
is highly desirable.
About the Pool
Should you be successful, you will be advised (in
