- Leading the implementation of significant contract reform, including transition and start-up of contract arrangements within the Service Contracts and Licensing Unit.
- Managing project deliverables and programs of work relating to the Recommissioning Residential Care Services Project.
- Coaching and supporting staff to address issues relating to change management as well as establishing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation of contract management reform across DCP.
- Ensuring that SA Government Contract Management requirements, principles and policies associated with NGO contracting are implemented and followed.
