1. The Placement Services unit within the Out of
Home Care directorate is seeking a Placement Information Data
Officer to join their team.
- Providing
comprehensive administrative support focusing on data collection, analysis,
management and reporting.
- Undertaking
research, prepare timely and relevant projects briefs and managing critical
information from Non-Government Organisations placement service providers to
support matching and allocation functions.
- Assisting
with the Interim Emergency Accommodation arrangements and processing payment
data on the Case Management System.
- Conducting
minor reviews of databases, practices and procedures for improvement in
consultation with the Placement Services Unit Management Team.
About You
The successful
candidate is required to have a high attention to detail, strong interpersonal
skills, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
In this role,
you will apply your advanced skills and knowledge relating to word processing,
Microsoft Excel, maintenance of data bases and project support services.
