In this role, you will:

• Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, minutes and correspondence
• Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting
• Process accounts, manage petty cash and complete reconciliations
• Arrange servicing and appropriate maintenance of fleet vehicles in line with agency policies
• Coordinate office equipment, stationery and office systems.
