The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking a Lead Project Officer to help deliver priority projects, change activities and continuous improvement outcomes on behalf of the Finance and Corporate Services directorate.
The role is responsible for:
- Building collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the department.
- Leading by example and proactively promoting a positive team-first, person-centred culture.
- Providing leadership in the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of high priority projects and change activities.
- Providing strategic planning expertise to realise the anticipated benefits for projects, change activities, and directorate planning priorities.
- Conducting high level, evidence-based research to provide expert advice on projects, programs, and change activities.
