The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking an Events Coordinator to join on a full-time ongoing basis.

The role is responsible for:

• Facilitating expos, departmental forums, child protection symposiums and other events in collaboration with external stakeholders.

• Coordinating the delivery of major events and overseeing stakeholder engagement activities.

• Forging strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

• Preparing briefings and providing administrative support to the Communications and Engagement Team (C&E).

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have experience in facilitating the delivery of major events, with knowledge of effective stakeholder engagement strategies.

We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to develop strong working relationships with our stakeholders.
