The Department
for Child Protection is currently seeking a Business Manager to join the Kadina office on a full-time ongoing
basis.
The Business
Manager is responsible for:
- Managing
the quality, timeliness and relevance of the business support services to the
core business activities.
- Assisting
in the development and support of business process improvement and procedures.
- Analysing
financial reports and preparation of monthly income and expenditure reporting
requirements.
- Overseeing
the preparation of employment contracts, payroll documentation and Bonafide reports.
About You
We are
looking for a confident individual who has the ability to develop and maintain
effective working relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse
range of relevant stakeholders at all levels. You will have a demonstrated
ability to work effectively to achieve positive business results by delivering effective
outcomes.
To be
successful you will have proven experience in the planning, preparation and
reporting of budget allocations, as well as knowledge of government accounting
standards and policies. This will be supported by your experience in reviewing
existing work practices, systems and procedures in pursuit of best practice opportunities.
