The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Customer Service Officer
to join the Executive Services team on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Promoting a high level of customer service by responding to first point of contact enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Providing customer service assistance to different areas, including but not limited to, the Briefing Unit, Central Complaints and Feedback Unit, Human Resources, Financial Services, Facilities Management and the Information Systems and Technology Unit.
- Applying professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters relating to DCP clients and the Minister for Child Protection’s Office.
- Assisting in the development and monitoring Executive Services’ related operational policies and procedures, including alerting the relevant Manager to arising urgent and confidential matters.
About You
We are looking for an organised individual with experience relating to general administration, client services, facilities and records management.
Your ability to work within a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a range of stakeholders is highly desirable.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, organise priorities and meet deadlines.
