The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Change Lead
to join the ICT and Information Management team on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Applying operating models, procedures and supporting tools that facilitate quality change management outcomes and consistent service delivery.
- Utilising a recognised and approved change management methodology and tools to facilitate the successful delivery of ICT related organisational change.
- Providing high level advice, reports and briefings on complex change related issues, risks and opportunities.
- Leading the development and implementation of change management plans by following industry best practices and standards.
- Developing, executing and reporting on change management strategies for projects, initiatives and system upgrades on DCPs Business Systems.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing and applying change management frameworks and methodologies.
We are looking for an individual with a strong appetite for conducting detailed and complex research, identifying critical issues and implementing innovative solutions.
You will also have a broad understanding enterprise ICT systems, functionality and implementation approaches, and the application of vendor management principles and practices.
